What a handsome devil
(banana for scale)

Hey there! You’ve discovered my own personal corner of the internet.

If you haven’t gathered it by now, my name is Ryan Zink. I’m an IT consultant, occasional software developer, and relentless and unashamed geek.

I grew up in northern Nevada and got my BS in Computer Engineering and Computer Science at USC in 2010. After that, I moved to Phoenix and began working as a software developer and consultant for ARCADIS, a Dutch firm specializing in utilities.

For the past four years I have been working as an IT consultant for Accenture, specializing in technology architecture and infrastructure as it pertains to point-of-sale (POS) implementations and rollouts.

I’ve become somewhat of a technological jack of all trades in both my professional and personal life, with the desire and ability to learn as much as I can of various technologies and techniques and apply them in new and interesting ways.

Since the beginning of 2017, I have been working on an MBA in IT Management at Western Governors University, to help add some business acumen to my technical skills.
